Returns & Exchanges
At Scentpression, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and exchange options.
Diffuser Systems & Hardware
Scent diffuser systems may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging for a full refund. Opened or used diffuser systems may be exchanged for a different model within 30 days, subject to inspection. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to opened items.
Fragrance Oils & Refills
Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened fragrance oils cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed fragrance bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Scent Packages & Bundles
Scent packages that include both a diffuser system and fragrance oils follow the diffuser system return policy. The fragrance oil component of a bundle must remain unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
Custom scent formulations and bespoke consulting services are non-refundable once the development process has begun. We work closely with every client to ensure satisfaction before finalizing a custom scent.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange:

- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason
- We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping for Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
