Do the machines come with fragrance oil?
No, fragrance oils are sold separately so you can choose your perfect scent. The Diamond comes with an empty 100mL bottle, and all other machines require a separate oil purchase. Switch to the Fragrance Oils tab to browse our full collection of 240+ scents.
How often do I need to replace the oil?
It depends on your settings and space size. On average, a 500mL bottle lasts 2-3 months with normal use. The Diamond's 100mL bottle lasts about 30 days. Running at lower intensity or fewer hours per day extends the life significantly.
What size machine do I need for my space?
Use the coverage calculator above to find your match. As a general guide: The Diamond covers up to 500 sq ft (bathrooms, offices), the SP800 covers 800 sq ft (living rooms, small retail), the SP Tower 2000 covers 2,000 sq ft (lobbies, restaurants), and the Radiance covers 4,000 sq ft (hotels, large commercial). For spaces over 4,000 sq ft, the Flex HVAC system scales to 10,000+ sq ft.
Can I control the scent intensity?
Yes. All machines feature adjustable intensity settings and programmable schedules through the Scentpression 2.0 App via Bluetooth. You can set specific operating hours, scent intervals, and intensity levels to match your preferences.
What is cold air diffusion?
Cold air diffusion breaks fragrance oil into a fine mist without heat, preserving the full complexity of the scent profile. Unlike candles or warmers, there's no flame, no wax, and no burnt smell. The result is a cleaner, more consistent, and longer lasting scent experience.
What's your return policy?
